Returns

Returns to Erickson Longboards are only for defective products and must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must email returns@ericksonlongboards.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Please allow 4 weeks for replacement items to be shipped. Any refused orders will be credited for the product only and will be charged all shipping and handling fees including return costs. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged all shipping and handling charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

Erickson Longboards will replace boards that have obvious manufacturing defects. Boards damaged from water, fire or impact are not subject to warranty. Boards must be inspected by Erickson Longboards for a warranty to be issued. For additional info please email returns@ericksonlongboards.com

Personal Injury

I am fully aware of the fact that there are special dangers and risks inherent in the activity of skateboarding, including the risk of serious physical injury, death or other consequences that may arise or result directly or indirectly from skateboarding.

Being fully informed as to these risks I hereby assume all risk of injury, damage and liability arising from such activities. I further understand and acknowledge that skateboarding may result in injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability and hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and / or damages whether caused in whole or in part by negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, or employees of  Erickson Longboards, LLC, or by any other person.
 
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Erickson Longboards, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of an Erickson Longboard. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of Erickson Longboards, LLC.
